Orders typically ship within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact email@example.com.
Please note that all international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (ddu). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.
Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.
Returns and Exchanges
Kaap aims to ensure its customers full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for store credit.
To return an item, the following conditions must be met:
Returns must be made within 10 business days of delivery. The returned item(s) must be unworn and complete.
Please note - customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs. Store credit for the webshop will be given for retail price of item(s) purchased.
U.S. customers must contact firstname.lastname@example.org for return shipping label. International customers must provide own shipping label. Package item(s) and Return Form in box and send using provided shipping label.
Once item(s) are received and inspected, store credit will be issued for returned items. If an exchange is being made, the customer will be required to purchase the desired item using the store credit issued. We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment.

- Items purchased during seasonal sales cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items purchased online are not returnable in-store.
-In-store purchases are only refundable in-store

International Customs & Duties policy
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient, as we do not take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and are not able to tell you what the costs may be, as customs polices and import duties differ from country to country.
Purchase for personal use only
You may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale. This includes, but is not limited to graphic printing on blank t-shirts or hoodies for resale or rebranding.
